Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. Been busy with school and work and all that stuff.

Just had a quick question. Biddy’s about 7 months now and everything she’s done since I’ve had her seems pretty like pretty standard rabbit behaviour. But for the past few days she’s been unusually cuddly and affectionate for no apparent reason. She used to like cuddles only in very small doses but now she can’t seem to get enough of them!

We’re going for a check up at the vet this weekend but I was just wondering if anyone could explain this to me? I’m not complaining by any means. Single life can be lonely, especially in the winter, and it’s nice to get some cuddles in. Just curious!

        Thanks!

        Ashley

Does she seem fine otherwise? I mean eating, drinking, pooping, playing, her general appearance? Has sth out of the ordinary happened? ( f ex sth scary like a dog or lots of noise or stuff falling to the floor – just about anything can scare a bunny).

Sometimes “development” doesn’t happen slowly and gradually but in leaps.

Aside from being extremely affectionate and somewhat needy she’s also been acting pretty restless lately. She’s started chewing on the bars of her cage at night when I’m trying to sleep like “LET ME OUUUT” and when she is out she spends a lot of time running around and being destructive. Also she’s gotten into the habit of trying to chew on my hair any chance she gets, which she never did before. Could this just be nature’s way of telling me I’m past due to get her spayed?

Haha maybe she wants something! My two ignore me and stalk off if I try and pet them for more than a minute unless they’re hungry then they literally jump on my lap, nibble and groom my clothing, start performing tricks and generally doing anything for a treat! (Just for the record I don’t starve them ) maybe she’s after something or just loves you more than ever!!!!

Is it chilly in your house this winter? Haven’t had any experience with my bunny yet, but when my cat wants me to turn the heat up she is literally glued to my side for body heat.
