So I have had my bun for 1 week and a day and have yet to see him binky… I have been anxiously waiting for it because I think it is so cute but he just wont do it… He seems really happy. He has a lot of time out of the pen. Today he was chasing a ball up and down the hallway. He is getting lots of petting (he loves to be pet). I thought by now he would binky but nothing

At 1 week he is still settling in. Mine didn’t binky for some time after I got him. Just give him some time. The longer he is with you the more personality he will show you.

What kind of flooring is he on when he’s out playing? My bunnies don’t binky if they don’t have traction. Also keep in mind that one week is not very long so he might just need more time. Don’t stress about it too much.

It took about a month for my buddy to start binking.now he does it every night and morning when he’s in play mode.i can get him to binky just about everytime i play with him now.he gets so excited when i give him full attention and chase him around the apartment.

I agree that it could be flooring. Mine only binky on carpet. It could be that he just needs time to settle in.

I don’t have much to add, but I agree with the flooring issue. Ziggy will only binky on carpet for traction. And he didn’t do any binkies till about a month or so after I got him. Even now after almost 3 months I’m still getting to know him. But it’s kinda cute to see a new side to him every week or so.

You could try laying down a towel or something? Mine only binkies on carpeted surface or if there is something like a towel or mat she still does it then. Also you could try doing it, or flick your head up and and see if she copies.
