Every time I give my buns veggies, it doesn’t agree with them. I’ve tried kale, romaine lettuce, cilantro, basil, sage, thyme, parsley, dandelion, daisy, oregano, and a few more that I can’t remember. Are there any veggies we could give them that sensitive buns’ stomachs usually agree with?

How old are your bunnies? They advise not feeding veggies until 3 months because babies can be very sensitive to dietary changes. If they are older than that already… what is happening when you give them veggies? How much are you giving them at a time? Are you introducing the veggies one at a time?
You could try spinach, green and red leaf lettuce, bok choy or mint.

Yes, in what way do you think those veggies do not agree with them?

I am not sure how much or how many veggies you are serving them at a time. I would just give only one veggie at a time and only a little at a time to see how they do. That’s how I have introduced veggies to my bunnies of course I waited until they were old enough to try veggies.

I give them one at time and about a cup. They’re over a year old, but they were adopted so I don’t know the exact age. They get kind of soggy droppings, and it smells really bad.

1 cups sounds like a lot to me when first introducing veggies. Generally I think you want to introduce 1-2 ounces of one veggie for 3 days. This helps the microorganisms in their GI tract adjust so they can digest it better.

Check out the article (above the list) here:

It explains it a lot better.

Are there better veggies than others to try though?
