Ok, Thanks To MoveDiagonally, I WILL Get Borris Neutered

But I Need a “Recovery” Cage, AKA What I Call A Big Cage So My BunBuns Can Recover From Surgeries, Illness, etc.

But If I Buy A NIC Cube, Does Anyone Have ANY Ideas For An IDEAL CAGE for My Buns?

Ex. Flooring, Number Of Cubes, Toys, Type Of Food, etc…

        Thanks!!!

Are they all housed in separate cages right now? How is Boris currently housed?

The minimum recommended cage size for a single rabbits is 4ft X 2 ft (for a NIC cage that’s 3 grids X 2 grids). The smallest appropriately sized NIC would be 3 X 2 grids and 2 grids high. This would require 26 grids including the roof. A lot of people lay down sheet vinyl for flooring. Check out the habitat gallery for ideas:

I noticed you mentioned food. What are you feeding them now?

Bunnies don’t really need a special recovery cage – they just need to be confined to their regular cages, preferably without too many things to jump up on, for a few days.

I already had an exercise pen and took away my bunny’s usual cage set up because he would be jumping threw a pass threw . I just put down a soft blanket for him to lay on and his litterbox and food and water dishes and he stayed in there for a couple of days. So if you have something like that it would be good.
