i know i should change the water every day and blah blah but ive been soooo busy at work i barely had time to just clean the litter box daily. anyways, i cleaned the entire cage tonight like i do twice a week and i went to clean the water bottles and fill them up, theres 2, one rabbit bottle and a hamster bottle because sometimes  i think the rabbit bottle nozzle is a bit too big for my bunnys mouth. so anyways i went to take them off the cage and clean them and i noticed they were both completely full.. my rabbit has been pooping, eating and peeing just fine.. yet his water bottles have been completely full for almost a week…. he doesnt have a water dish and the only veggies he gets is lettuce, dandelions and some parsley every morning.. so i dont understand how his water bottles could be full yet hes still peeing… ? :s no one else lives with me so they werent filled without my knowledge or anything..

They will take in some water from the washed veggies but the fact that he hasn’t drank any water for a week is concerning. Does his output look normal? Same amount of pee? Poos fairly large and a uniform size?
How is his behavior? Is he acting normal?

If he hasn’t drank in a week he’d be dead or close to it. Perhaps in your busy schedule you filled them without realizing it. He of course gets water through the veggies but it’s not enough for him to be acting ‘normal’. I’ve done it before, refilled water or even gave them two breakfasts because I didn’t remember I fed them already only for my husband to ask why they get seconds. When something becomes routine you completely forget some things you’ve done because you’re used to doing them so much lol

As long as he’s acting normal then I wouldn’t worry just yet. He’s got your attention now so all that’s left to do is pay close attention to him over the next few days to monitor his drinking. Throw in a water bowl, he might like that more and promote more drinking

            Keep us updated!

Try offering him a water bowl. Most bunnies prefer bowls over bottles as it is more natural. Heavy ceramic crocks work well. This might entice bunny to drink more.
