Hey all – this is not for one of my own bunnies but I have been chatting with a girl from Japan about her friends rabbit who has an enlarged heart.  Long story short – the vets are not very rabbit savvy in Japan.

I have been googling and searching for information for this girl to pass along to the vet so I was wondering if you all could help me gather up some information.  Articles, ideas, thoughts from experience, anything really.

She was also curious as to whether cherrywood could cause this?  I tried googling it but didn’t find much on the topic.  I informed her that cherrywood WAS toxic and needed to be taken away right away though.

Anything you guys have to offer – her and I both would really appreciate!

No experience with this whatsoever, but I do know there are medications available. Has their vet suggested trying any medication?
