I have a bunny whom I’ve had for nearly 2 years. I bought her from another owner that didn’t seen to care for rabbits because when I went to pick up my bunny; they held her by the ears, that was when she was probably 10 weeks old I felt extremely sorry for her

I wanted her even more because I didn’t want her to stay in a cell and had owners that didn’t care about her either . They didn’t know her breed or gender either but she hadthe spots like her mum, ( except her mum’s pattern was black & white)

the colour of her father ( her father’s was all round brown)

(ps : her name is Fuzzy c

She looks so cute. I would say rex, but her hair looks longer, so maybe a mixed breed? Is her fur super soft like velvet, or more like dog fur?

I would say she is a cross breed… However she is exactly like my English Spot, Starsky. There are some similar breeds with spots like this but the face shape and ears are identical.

Just had a look at some reference pages, definitely English Spot. Her markings are even more classic than my Starmans.

How big is she? I was also leaning towards english spot mix (mom an english spot, dad a mystery) size would be a good clue to have. English spots are largish, but not giant.

I would say she’s a mix. Maybe some lop in there? The way her ears flop out to the side might indicate some lop.

Lots of rescues will call any spotted bunny an “English spot”, but they are actually quite rare and it’s unlikely that she’s a mix of one. They also have a very distinctive body shape that she doesn’t have. The gene for spotting is dominant, and is common in lots of breeds, so it’s overall and super common pattern and doesn’t tell you much about breed.

According to my terrible ruler, she is about 30-35 cm from that stance

Her fur, I’d say soft, but not velvety

My best guess would be a Rex mix. She’s adorable.
