What can I use as a cover for my rabbit’s xpen? It’s 36 inches high and definitely short enough for my rabbit to jump over when he’s standing on top of his hidey house. I keep the xpen in a weird shape to keep the whole thing on top of my rug. If I kept it in a simple square shape, I’m sure I would be able to buy a cover straight from the pet store. But sadly, I can’t. Right now, I have a cardboard box laid on top of the pen, but it isn’t the most stable and safe covering. Any suggestions? I’ve tried laying down a sheet, but it just scoops down in the middle.

I bought this play pen cover off ebay and it is amazing. I used it for when my bun used to run around outside and it’s half shadecloth, half netting so it would probably be great inside too. I always had my pen in weird shapes to avoid things he shouldn’t eat and it always fit perfectly. I’m not sure where you’re from but this was in Australia.

I use a sheet but I use clothes pins to secure it. That way it doesn’t scoop down in the middle. I clip it taut. Cheaper than a cover too. Fitted sheet also sometimes work but again, I would clip them down. Good luck
