My bunny is around 7 months now. I recently have noticed her shaking her head(like a dog) occasionally. Tonight her ears were hotter than normal. She still runs around but playful activity has decreased a little bit. There have been some behavioral changes but they are small and i think they are because of her age. She still eats drinks poops and pees regularly. I'm wondering if it's ear mites or a fever? dont know what to think please help!  Also is it normal for bunnies to want to be scratched more than they want to play?

I think a vet check would be the best idea… It could be mites and warm ears on occasion is not unusual however for a bunny under 12 months to be inactive is not the norm… Sometimes bunnies can prefer contact to activity, each bunny has a unique personality..
BUT a vet check will confirm there are any underlying problems that could be dealt with if addressed early enough and also set your mind at ease.
