Does anyone else see a problem here?

Peanut started this yesterday. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing, but today he was up there again.  The cat food isn’t on the floor.  He has to jump up almost 2 ft. to get at it.

He gets plenty of organic greens, mutiple kinds of hay, and eats Supreme Science pellets that are 24% protien. He loves all his food.

I do have a cat that like to eat Peanut’s hay and veggies… And drink from his water bowl… And has picked up many of Peanut’s behaviors to get attention.   I don’t know if Peanut is trying to act like the cat… Or if he’s missing something in his diet (though I don’t know what it would be).

should I worry if he’s going to nibble on the cat food here and there?  One would think it would upset his tummy, and he wouldn’t eat it.

It’sdefinitely not good for him. I don’t know why the perverse little blighters enjoy catfood, I think it’s just the lure of the forbidden…

Cat food is a no-no and it could cause tummy issues so I would keep it away. Domestic bunnies try to eat lots of things that aren’t good for them. That’s why they need us.

I figured… I’ll have to continue to tell him to move his furry butt along.

Dry cat food is mostly corn, so I guess it makes sense that a lot of bunnies like it. But I’m sure some do it just because they know they aren’t supposed to…

I can’t believe he jumps 2 feet to get at it!

This was Merlin back in June. He randomly decided that the dog food was tastey and I had to take it away lol. I miss him! <3
