I have a male bunny and I don’t think that he has been getting enough water because it was kids responsibility to take care of him and so today I found him bleeding by his testicles and bleeding from his butt. What is the problem? Also the inner corner of his eyes are very red and he isn’t as hyper as he usually is. Please help

Take him to a vet asap. I don’t think people online can help.
I hope he will be okay but you really need to get him urgent professional care.

Get him to an emergency vet immediately…
Is he alone in the cage or is there another rabbit with him ?

OK… I was worried if he was in with another bun it may have been from a fight that had caused internal injuries…
Please get him to a vet ASAP… I know money is an issue for all of us at times, if you are unable to see your normal vet try one of the shelters they may be able to assist with a bunny vet who will defer costs by payment plan..
