So, I really would love to bond my 1 1/2 year old lop Winston. I have contacted a few rescues and filled out some adoption applications because i feel it would be best to bring him to them, so he can be around different rabbits and see what he decides for himself. Im just looking for advice and tips. Hes a great guy, and is friendly..just has a little cage aggression since Ive had to give him ear drops and he hates it. Is there any way to tell if your rabbit wants to bond? Seems like a stupid question but i know that they typically enjoy being around their own kind, but there are the exceptions of course. Just would love some advice or tips from people who have bonded buns

Bunny introductions –
Best Result: Grooming, ignoring, general comfortable behavior around each other.
Normal Result: Humping, chasing, maybe some minor fur pulling.
Worst Result: Growling, lunging, boxing, kicking, out right aggression.When you do introductions the easier bonds will likely be in the “best” or “normal” category.
I would read the bonding info page for this site and maybe read through some of the bonding threads in the bonding section of this site.
