My little boy started out with (what I thought was a large dog kennel), it was 2′ x 3′ (6 sqare feet total), housing only a small hidey house and a litter box (my silly boy needs a HUGE litter box, other wise he won’t use it), and had minimal room to stretch out (although had tons of room to stand up)

Anyways, no fear, he was out for a minimum of 6 hours every day, and this little cage only lasted 2 weeks until I decided to get him an x-pen, which is 14 square feet and houses the same HUGE litter box, an even bigger hidey house, and a few other nick knacks and contraptions.

Here are some pictures (top and front view)

        1) This is his old cage (dog kennel)

        2) This is his new home / X-pen

Anyways, some inspiration, I won’t be the first to say, if your bunny has a little cage, get him/her something bigger!!!  It’s a wonderful feeling!!

          Lucky bunny!

Ty is right now also in a 3’x2′ dog kennel, but I’m thinking to either build a nic condo or let him roam around my bedroom (although, I am kind of afraid of him peeing on the carpet). I thought about getting an X-pen but those are really expensive in my area. How much did you get for your X-pen?
