Would I be better off getting another rabbit for the new one or just trying to bond all of them. And the oldest one hates the new one… is it possible to bond those two? Snuffie (oldest) attacked the newest bunny (baby) in their first meeting. We had to take the new one (Baby) to the vet. Second meeting, they sniffed eachother. Smudge (middle) is in good terms with the new one. I’m thinking bond them all, and get a new bunny after that to be a companion . Snuffie is spayed, the others are not.

Before bonding can really take place they all need to be spayed/neutered. Until they’ve all had the surgery and have recovered/hormones have dissipated (4 weeks after) it’s really hard to make a judgement on compatibility. Some rabbits that don’t get along before they’re altered will be okay once their hormones aren’t a factor.

It also really depends on how you introduced them, etc… This site has a really great bonding info page:

I re-read your post… Do you already have a bonded pair?

I don’t think breaking up a currently bonded pair is an option. I would either find a new bunny to pair off with the new unbonded bunny eventually or try trio bonding once everyone is spayed/neutered.

Can you clarify your situation? It will help people give you advice.
