  i want a bunny and I’m here to learn everything about them. I may never be able to get one though. It would be good if there were fellow HHers too

  Welcome here! You are at the right place to learn about buns! Make yourself at home, read some threads, and check out the bunny info pages at the top of the forum. Another great resource is the House Rabbit Society (rabbit.org).
  Rabbits are very rewarding to have as pets, but they require a lot of time, money, patience, and space! Definitely not something you would want to rush into! Sometimes people think they are an “easy” pet like a hamster, when in reality, they are more like dogs in terms of care.

  Thank-you! In my post I forgot to mention I came from hamster hideout…oops.
  I really don’t know anything like a healthy diet, if the hutch I want will fit in my room/house and stuff like that. But I do have one question, do they need a litter box?

  In regards to your litter box question, Bunnies CAN be litter trained! So I would get a litter box. Remember, the litter-box should be low enough that the bunny can easily get in it, and big enough that they can sit in it even as a full grown adult. I would GREATLY suggest purchasing one as bunny poo is easy to clean up, but bunny PEE is painful! Just remember, Bunnies will leave a spread of poops around the cage even when litter-trained, they can’t help it, but pee should be mostly in the litter-box (Occasional Accident or pee just over the edge of the box)

  My Bunny, Muffin, got a nice expensive litter-box, however he decided he liked peeing in a cardboard Pizza Box, so now my family eats lots of pizza!
