         Hi

My Rabbit is 18 months old male and neutered.

Recently his litter tray has began smelling horrible.

We have startes feeding him more greens and fewer pellets recently so do you think it is linked?

His behaviouris normal and he still eats and runs around somdont think he is ill.

Isit just simply tge slight change in diet? I

What kind of litter are you using? And how old/new is the litter box?

Even with cleaning the box regularly with vinegar, after awhile plastic can start to retain the smell.

Additionally, it could be an infection.

im using critter litter and it is 2 days old.

had same litter tray for 18 months

never usually smells. but has done since he started eating the greens.

how can I tell its an infection or not?

What greens is he getting? What is different from his usual veggies?

If you think it might be an infection (is he straining to pee, is he peeing outside of the litter box) the vet would prescribe meds to clear it up.
