My bunnies will pee in litterbox but poop everywhere else?!

  Hey guys. I have three 11week rabbits. One is male two are female. They all know to pee in their litter box and poo in it too but they also poo outside of it! I want them to eventually be free range once they’re older and fully litter trained but for now we keep them in the hallway or bunny condo. How can I train them? All three will be spayed/neutered once they reach the appropriate age.

  I can think of two reasons for that.
  Either they just need a bit more training. If you see them poop outside the litterbox, move them into it right away, and definitely give them praise when they are in their box.
  
  The other thing could be that they are relatively new to their cage, so they’re marking territory. They’ll poop around it for a while, but they should stop once it becomes “theirs”.

  It is always good to move the poop into their litterbox as well. Territorial poop is different than regular poop so by moving all poop into the litterbox, it shows that it should all go there.
