I just recently got three rabbits. Two are from the same litter the other is from a different litter. They are 9 weeks old. At first we kept them on the same pellets that their breeder had them on but we decided to change it. We barely mixed the new food in with the old food for three days it was a really small amount until I decided not to and I slowly switched them back to their old food. They were all fine but then one of the holland lops started doing sticky poo. This would only happen when he ate the pellets. Once he would eat the Timothy hay he would poo normal. We took them to the vet and he checked them out and said they looked fine. Today we dropped off some moist balls of poop that he did and I’m still waiting for the results. I’m dying to know what it could be. The vet thought they may be over eating but now it seems like all of them have the same problem. When they have pellets they get sticky poop and the second they eat the hay it goes back to normal!!! What do you think it is?! They are not showing any other signs of sickness or disease no mucous no blood in the stool nothing!

What kind of pellets are you feeding them? Do you give them anything else like treats or veggies?
