Bunny , Jill,  is acting happy and healthy, eating drinking not acting differently . Her eye has changed to this color and am not able to take to vet due to financial difficulties. Has anyone seen this before??

Honestly I cannot tell what the problem is based on the photo…do you mean it’s getting cloudy? How old is your rabbit?

The eye is supposed to be dark brown . The photo is very clear but actually looks like it’s the quality of the image but that is actually the color of the eye. She is under a year old.
Here is her good eye. [ I have been putting polysporin drops so her fur is wet]

Is the coloring acurate? Because it is looking a little red and then the greenish tint to it? Is that what you are concerned about?

YES! The eye is supposed to be solid dark brown here is her GOOD eye ! It is so strange. The photo is very clear but it actually looks like the quality of the image is weird because of the different colors of her eye but that is actually the way her eye looks! It should be all one solid color , like all brown, but it looks like greenish and white with a brown gradient.

[She is under a year old.]

If there was a flash that could have been the culprit to making her eye look cloudy. If it’s cloudy without the flash then she will need to see a vet it could be anything. Cataracts maybe? Who knows. Maybe email the image to your vet to at least get advice

In each picture you can see that in the top left side of the eye there’s a glare from the light, however the other whitish color is not. I am posting in the hopes that someone else out there may have a bunny with the same issue. There are very few vets around me who specialise in bunnys. It is very difficult to find someone nearby and with decent pricing. She is not acting sick, she is eating drinking, playing, cuddling, . She is only about 1 year old or less.

Definitely vet time then, if it isn’t glare. Eye issues more often than not need help to heal, from drops gotten from a vet. She needs an appointment before it gets worse.

Could be cataracts. Obviously it is something only a vet is going to be able to diagnose.
