How long after neutering or spaying did you notice an improvement in litter training? Beckham almost always pees in litter box but never poops. I have hay in the box, a hay/food rack suspended over box, and sweep up and deposit his poops in the box to send the message that the box is for poop too. Hoping to see an improvement in a month or so if the pooping all over his space is a form of marking. How long until your buns litter habits improved after they were fixed??

I think it’s 30-60 days for the hormones to level out.

My rabbits usually tidied up about 30 days after, except Monty. He was never messy in the main house but his habitat is still as messy as ever.

It usually takes several weeks for their hormones to settle down so, hopefully, you will notice some improvements.

            Is Beckham free roam?

No he is not free roam. We have a 4×4 xpen for his room and we bring him out daily for exercise and playtime. I don’t feel comfortable having him free roam with our two dogs – a beagle and lab who might find him a little too tasty!
