When I introduced Zelda (8m Old unaltered female) to Panda (10w old proabaly male), Panda layed down flat on his stomach and Zelda sat across from him and put her nose on the back of his neck  (or right above it, not sure). They stayed like this for a very long time until Zelda was startled by a noise. She scampered off in one direction, Panda went off another way and groomed himself.

By the way, I am getting them spayed/neutered before introduing them again based on advice I got here(:

Just actively searching for a vet nearby.

        Thanks!

          Zelda is the dominant bunny.

This website has a lot of good info on rabbit body language. If you scroll down a bit it talks about rabbits laying across each other.

Yes, Zelda is showing her dominance and Panda is being immediately submissive. Are you planning on getting them spayed/neutered? You probably shouldn’t do any real bonding until they are altered.

Yes, I haven’t tried bonding them any more since then after reading about it more and more. I am going to have them altered before trying again but just had been wondering about that time (:

I noticed when I was laying in the floor with panda he kinda did the same thing under my face. He is also my most outgoing and friendly bun!
