Get home asap (so the car ride isn’t as stressful) also I pet my bunny the whole time (not sure if that was more stressful or not, I like to think it made him feel better). glad you are building a NIC cage he/she will be so much happier with the space yay for adopting also congrats on the new bunny and welcome to BB.

For overall rabbit info I would read everything on this site in the bunny info section:
            https://binkybunny.com/BUNNYINFO/tabid/53/Default.aspx

            More info about bunny diet:
            http://rabbit.org/faq-diet/
            http://rabbit.org/suggested-vegetables-and-fruits-for-a-rabbit-diet/

            Bunny Language:
            http://language.rabbitspeak.com/

I don’t think you’re were asking for all those but I figure I’d toss them out there in case you hadn’t read them. When you bring the bunny home you might want to “leave them alone” other than feeding and cleaning, etc…. for a day or so until they settle in.

Congrats on the new bunny and welcome to BB! Make sure you post pics of your bunny when you bring them home.

It’s great you are doing research before bringing bunny home. The links provided by MoveDiagonally are great sources of info. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask. Lots of knowledgeable (and friendly!) peeps here at BB.

You’ve come to the right place!
Thank, MoveDiagonally for doing what I was about to recommend, which is to look through the info. on this site.

Don’t forget to check out the photo galleries and even some videos to see pix of what other habitats look like as well. Great for ideas of how you want your own new habitat to look.
                Congrats!

It’s wonderful that you want to know as much as possible about rabbit care before getting one. And it’s great that you will be adopting from a shelter. The links given to you here should be very helpful, but don’t hesitate to ask if you have some specific questions.
