Hi! I’m Jess and I currently own a Mini lop that just turned a year old last week. I love him to pieces and his name is Martin. Hs companion died so I decided he should have a new one to perk him up. I know bonding, but I got my new rabbit from a breeder, she is a pedigree Jersey Woolie and is less than FIVE WEEKS OLD!!!! I’ve never dealt with a rabbit this young before and she’s no bigger then a mouse, so if you have any tips or help, please I need it :/ oh and any name ideas for her would be great. She’s still tiny and I don’t know her personality yet, so thanks!!!

You shouldn’t have bought the rabbit at 5 weeks, they should be AT LEAST 8 weeks old.  I’d like to know who sold you that rabbit. It’s not your fault, you just didn’t know how old they should be. Please don’t take this as being rude, I’m just mad at the irresponsible breeder. Maybe Snowflake or Angel as the rabbit name. If you already aren’t please be prepared for the teenage years where they can be aggresive, crazy, bunny funny business , humping, ect. When you bond the rabbits, make sure that they are both fixed. Congratulations! I’d love to see some pics!  But seriously, I want to know the breeder you got her from. Does the breeder have a website? You should get them fixed at around 6 months for females, and 4 months for males.

Don’t worry I was just as mad when I saw her! It’s ridiculous how tiny she is! But when I saw her tiny face I couldn’t say no because I was worried what kind of situation I would be putting her back into :/ i fell in love with her tiny face. she was extremely skitish st first, but now I cant keep her off my lap or neck! oh don’t worry, I got Martin dead in the middle of his teen years. His neutering day didn’t come fast enough! Lol I posted a picture of my woolie close up and one so you can see her size compared to a remote. And one of Martin just because thank you for your concern. I will let u know if I can find anything on the breeder
