I took my bun to the vet on the 23rd of May not too long ago due to having worms. The worms were tiny but we noiticed them in her poop. The vet treated her with Ivermectin for the womrs but i still can see the worms sometimes in the poop. They are no longer moving so maybe they are just in her system.

Has anyone else treated their bun for worms and do you no how long it took till the bun was back to normal.

One of my bunnies (who we found outside) had tapeworm. She was given one shot of Droncit and as well as I remember, the worms were gone within a day or two. I know that there are different kinds of worms and different drugs to treat them, but the Droncit really worked for my bunny.

I would ask your vet what is normal. I give Ivermectin to my horse and it’s quite normal to see dead worms expelled for several days. They Ivermectin kills the worms and then they are expelled.
