With my rabbits, I have three and two poop in the lower corner but the third in the upper corner and I have a litter box for them as well.

Hi, Rylan, Not really sure what the question is. You want all 3 bunnies to be litter box trained, but not necessarily all in the same pan. bunnies are very clean by nature, so they will want to use one that’s comfortable and clean, but might not want to share one. I would provide a box for each bunny and let them decide where they want to go. If each has picked a favorite corner, then put the litter boxes in those corners. Don’t use any bedding outside of the litter boxes, so they will know to go only in the pans.
If they decide to share a pan or two, that’s fine. Just give them the choice. And if they are not spayed or neutered, keep the separated completely, each with its own pan and space.

I have two litter boxes outside her home and one inside.

Delilah (my rabbit) chooses only to wee in the outside boxes and still leaves little poops around when she is runnning around the house

Have i not trained her right i keep picking them up and putting  them in her tray but it doesnt seem to work, this happens so much in the morning when i first let her out.

            Can anybody help?

Hi Delilahbunny, please start a new post with your question instead of tagging onto another member’s post. Thanks.
