So I got a holland lop bunny just last Thanksgiving he wasn’t a present or anything I just have always wanted a bunny since I was little. My dad said he had had bunnies when he was little so I couldn’t have one because they are stinky (I don’t think they are, I clean his litter box at least 3x a day) . So I waited and then got into dogs more than bunnies but I can’t have a dog where I am (I currently live with my BF and his parents *I’m 20 and he’s 25, we’ve been together for 3 years now* but I just graduated college so we’re thinking of moving out with a couple of his friends. His friends are ok with the idea of a bunny living with them.

My point is i love animals a lot and living without even one was making me uneasy (I’ve always had an animal) so my BF’s parents said I could get an animal as long as it’s quiet, so I thought back to the bunny I wanted when I was little and began searching. I found my holland lop bunny on craiglist (I know I really shouldn’t have gotten one there, but I went to the lady’s house and she seemed nice and I saw my bunny and that was it). So hopefully in a couple months I will have a place where i can get my puppy I want (it’ll be a rough collie puppy and the puppy will be growing up with cats and a bird so he shouldn’t have a problem with a bunny *also they are herding dogs so he shouldn’t have any kill instincts-that’s one of the reasons I chose the breed*) I will of course supervise at all times (but I’m getting ahead of myself because I won’t be able to get him until 2014 anyway lol sorry).

Now to the important part lol my bunny, his name is Caleb and I never knew a bunny could be this sweet (he has never bitten us). we call him our mountain bunny because he’s always climbing on things I’ll add some pictures so you can see him doing exactly this. I also never knew that bunnies could be this curious. He’s always wandering around wondering what things he can get into. I forgot to mention he’s about 9 months old and a very happy bunny from what I can tell he just binkied as I am writing this but that’s all I can think of adding at the moment he is everything that I could hope for in a bunny and more. Sorry if it sounded rambly lol sometimes I lose where I am when I’m typing so I hope you could make sense of it.

Thanks he’s being a brat right now (trying to make a nest from one of my blankets) but he’s so cute even when he’s angry. The “mustache” makes him look grumpy all the time
