         hi everyone,

I’m new to the site, i purchased my bunny just over a week ago (after months of persuading my other half & months of research) i just wondered if anyone could tell me what breed my little rusty is, i was told he was 12 weeks old when i got him if this helps in anyway but they just said he’s mix breed. Thanks in advance

Ps dunno how to attatch picture to thread but he can be seen in my pictures

From the little pic – I would say he has some lop in him….but can’t tell if he is a dwarf or not, because I can’t tell how big/small he is. Very cute though!

I would def say lop because of the ears, if you look on profile I have a holland lop you could compare features and see if they are similar.

He’s a cutie! I would say Mini-Lop as they tend to have longer ears. Most pet rabbits are some form of mixed breed so there is no way to be sure.

                    Welcome rustysmummy : )

I think he looks more like a mini lop also. If you were told he’s a mix breed it maybe be that he’s a mini cross holland lop (if you’re in the US that is).

Ah well the terms are a bit different then.
The Dwarf lop (in UK, Aust, NZ…) is known as a Mini Lop in the US.
The UK Mini lop is known as a Holland lop in the US. That’s the smallest breed of lop.
