Has anyone used Cozy Den bedding? The manufacturer claims that it is safe,
        kilned to 8% moisture.

I was wondering if anyone has used this product?

It looks like shaving type bedding. For this particular type product you don’t want to use the Pine or Cedar – I’m not sure what the other “100% Wood Shavings” is made of – if it’s Apsen then it’s safe – not sure however if it’s effective as far as odor and absorbency.

            Here’s the website:

I think it’s generally easier to avoid wood shavings all together. They’re messy and don’t really make a good litter, imo.

I found a product by the same manufacturer, called Dry Den. It’s in pellet form. They say it’s for use with horses, pigs, goats, even rabbits!

Dry Den works great and it’s safe!
