         Hi Everyone,

I was hoping someone can help me out here. I have trained my rabbit to pee and poop in the litter box. There’s time where my bunny poops elsewehre in the cage. Now, this past week, it poops and even peed outside of the cage which never happened before. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this behavior? any comments is appreciated!

How old is your bunny and is he/she spayed/neutered?

Litter habits can be unreliable until a bunny is altered (hormonal marking, etc).

Unspayed female rabbits also have an 85% chance of getting uterine cancer by the age of four. So spaying is good for a lot of reasons.
