Do rabbits just eat corn off the cob in the sprintime? I had a bunch of old ears lying round and threw them outside for the squirlls. All of a sudden my yard was full of wild bunnie’s eating the corn around dusk. Velvet used to eat it, but quit a year ago or so, so, I gave her one and she went nuts with it. Just wondering if it’s like a seasonal thing or what? Thanks.

Domestic rabbits should not eat corn.

As for wild animals – they eat whatever they can get so it would definitely be seasonal or whatever someone throws out for them to eat.
