It takes at the very least a month after being spayed for a rabbit’s hormone’s to “calm” down – your rabbit has been through a very major procedure and her hormones are at the least “whacked” out right now. Give her a few months so that her body adjusts to this change.

If her spay appointment is still 3 weeks away, chances are she’s just being hormonal. A month or so after the spay, her hormones will die down, and hopefully she’ll return to her happy, binkying self

My female mini Rex was back to her old sweet self almost immediately after spaying. Once the pain meds wore off, she was a total angel again. This isn’t normal. It will usually take 2-4 weeks for the hormones to settle, but it is possible for them to dramatically calm down.
