Hello Everyone,  I haven’t been around the forums in a long while but I wanted to reach out for some information.  I had to downsize due to a divorce so I had to rehome half of  my bunnies (i’ve made peace with this, it was better for everyone) but I still have 3 out of the original 7.  Again, due to my divorce, I have to move and downsize my living space.  It’s not a terrible situation but I do not have a spare bedroom or office for my buns anymore, the only place for them would be the basement.  It’s dry and well lit, not too hot or cold, but it’s still a basement.  I’m concerned because my buns are all 5-7  years old that this will not be a good place for them. Any thoughts on this?  I was thinking about doing the interlocking floor mats with a carpet on top to keep their paws warm.  Any other ideas to make them comfortable?  Please let me know!

I think that sounds just fine for them. Rabbits are very adaptable at any age.

I think the floor mats w/the carpet on top would work very well.
