Bungi, my little lop, has been leaving brown liquid stains in her cage and on the floor. She used to have poopy butt issues but she is now eating a LOT more hay and I have cut out sugary fruit/veggies from her diet. Her poops are healthy now and have been for weeks, she drinks lots of water, and has a lot more energy than before. But this liquid poop issue (nothing solid in it at all, it looks like coffee stains) started happening at the same time she started eating a healthier diet. Anyone have any thoughts on what could be going on with my little Bungi?

Could be her urine as rabbits urine can be any color from white to yellow to orange to brown.

Her urine is still yellow though and these stains are dark coffee colored. And she still always pees in her litter box whereas the brown stains only show up where she hops around, either on the towel in her cage, floor in our living room, etc.

Could just be stains from her cecals then which is not uncommon.
