        Hi Everyone,

I’m new and just thought I would say a little hello.

I’m a new Bun Mum and very excited about it.  I found Bella through an ad and couldn’t leave her where she was.  She is a 2 year old lionhead rabbit.  She was never let out of her cage so she’s a little timid and very matted.  She was never given fresh veggies because as we were told “if you give her them she will poop to much” Well needless to say she is in bunny heaven over here.

I also have more furry kids in my house.  A 12 year old cat and a 8 year old black lab.  I haven’t introduced them to her yet as she is still a little scared.  So I might wait a little while.  (if anybody has any tips on how to do that, that would be great)

I also have 2 human kids, a 8 year old boy and 16 year old daughter.  Both of them love Bella to pieces.

I have no experience with Rabbits and have found a lot of my answers here on this site.  I have a feeling this will be my new home 🙂

I tried uploading some pics of her, but its not working

It sounds like a happy new home for Bella! Looking forward to seeing the pictures.

This little “how to” guide might help in getting them posted.

                Welcome!

I’m so glad you saved this poor girl, her previous home sounds awful.

I assume they didn’t even bother to have her spayed? If not, you might want to plan on getting that done before long, since she’s getting close to the 3 year mark, which is when the risk for reproductive cancer goes up rapidly.

I would love to see pictures too!
