Getting her spayed will definitely help. Rabbits are very territorial and mark their territory, which is what she’s doing. Even after she is fixed, she still may occasionally leaves a few poos here and there. Thank goodness they are easy to clean! My little bunny isn’t neutered yet, so my girls have sort of through their litter habits out of the window. Since they can smell him, they want to mark what they ‘own’.

Probably not. Some bunnies are very tidy with their stool and others are not. She could be marking the place as her own with the stool and it will subside if she is in a new enclosure. Perhaps spaying could help? I’m not sure about that. I’ve only heard about it helping with males.

Getting her spayed will definitely help! Besides that, pick up all of her poops and put them in the litter box. She will learn, it just takes time!

Sweep up all the poop and put it in the box? It works for some bunnies, it might be worth a shot!

A lot of bunnies will learn their poos belong “in the box” as long as you’re watching to pick them up and put them in the box. Even though it’s frustrating, my buns became very good about only leaving a few here and there after we began doing this. The only time it’s really still a problem at all is when they are eating and it’s NOT in their litter boxes. Then they always leave me a pile, brats! Your bun will learn if you’re willing to put in the time to constantly pick them up until she gets the hang of it. Spaying will most definitely help with these types of issues also.

Is she in a proper cage yet? That will help as well – the toy box is not going to be conducive to proper training.
