What kind of container do you keep it in?

It is not in a container, is that the problem?

Quite probably. You need to keep it in a container where air can’t get to it.

If you stand it up (tip down, leafy part up) in water, like a plant -on the counter in a cup, it lasts and lasts. Not sure about doing that in the fridge but thats how my mom keeps her parsley fresh. Parsley lasts 0.5 seconds in my house so I just put it in the fridge.

I usually keep all of Rex’s veggies in a container with some water on the bottom (I keep the container in the fridge). The water keeps the veggies stiff and fresh, like the way that grocery stores use sprinkler systems in the fruit/veggie section to keep the food looking good. The container doesn’t need to be airtight (at least I don’t keep airtight ones). I also usually run the veggies under cold water before I or Rex eat them, it helps keep us hydrated as well as making the veggies that much crispier!
