I’m not sure what kind of bunny I have. The vet did tell me at one point when he was about 3 months old but I don’t remember..He’s about 11 months old now.

Hopefully, another member will have a guess for you, cuz I don’t, but he sure is adorable! I love his colour and face. Where did you get him?

His coloring looks like a Sable to me. He’s beautiful – reminds me of my very first rabbit Bunbun.

He looks like a lop mix to me – those ears just look like lop ears that aren’t fully lopped. The color is fairly common among different breeds, so you can’t judge based on that.

                How much does he weigh?

Chiming in–looks like an American Sable to me, too. His Nibs agrees and congratulates you on your wonderful taste in rabbits and your rabbit’s wonderful taste in people of wonderful taste. 3 guesses as to what Nibs is.

Hi Bandits Mom, if the vet told you what breed your bun is, have you tried phoning the vet and asking? They’ll probably have it on Bandits records? When I registered Buckley with the vet they asked me what breed he is and it’s now on his records, it’s worth a phone call as the receptionist could probably tell you.

                            Good luck x

^ Agreed. It took me forever to explain to my vets receptionist that NO my bunnies colors were not Tan but that was the name of the breed. They were adamant that I WAS THE ONE CONFUSED. When really none of them had just never heard of the breed. LOL.

But yes, they most likely have it in his records for you!
