Rex has never seemed to breath any differently when he is asleep vs awake, sometimes he will seem to breath deeper. Does your bun seem to be struggling to breath? Check for discharge around the nose and/or eyes, that’s usually the biggest sign of a problem. If she is eating, going to the bathroom, and overall acting normal, then I would just watch her really close the next few days. Could be just her normal way of sleeping.
When in doubt, call a vet.

I only saw her chest, and it looked like she was breathing hard.
