I shop at my work and at Asian groceries quite often. I have ran across an interesting vegetable named upland cress and wonder if it is okay to give that to Chacha bun? Also, I wonder what Asian vegetables I am able to give to her! The HRS site does not state many O_O There are so many different types of vegetables at Asian stores! I want Chacha to try new things but I am unsure if the vegetable would be safe for her or not.

Well you can give watercress and it appears to be in this family so I would say it would be fine. It’s just not as common as watercress.

I’m not sure about Asian vegetables other than bok choy – I know they usually have alot of cabbages. It’s been a long time since I’ve wandered into an Asian market.

Hi Meridith. This thread is 6 years old, so I would suggest you start a new thread and get some chatter going with current members whose buns might be nomming on this stuff too.
