Bunnys pills were virtually odorless. Recently they smell strong.  Mixing up hay a little but that is all.  Are they supposed to smell or be odorless?  Can I feed him something to help with the stink?

Is it his cecals? Those usually smell stronger than the regular ones, but they normally eat them. Maybe he's been leaving them behind

No, not his cecals. These are his regular pills which smell like his cecals. They really stink. I have heard of vinegar to decrease urine odor but wonder if that would work for poop-stink.

Vinegar to decrease urine odor is really only for cleaning, so for poos I don't think it would be worth the trouble. What is his diet like?

Is he neutered?

I have heard a few drops of apple cider vinegar to daily water for urinary tract health reduces urine odor.

His diet is 1 cup twice a day of spring mix, kale and small amount of either dandelion, carrot tops or cilantro.  1/8 cup Oxbow Bunny Basics-T pellets daily, Timothy hay available at all times with some orchard tossed in and about 3 petite carrots as as treat per day.

Vet had a hard time finding his little private parts... So she believes he is NOT neutered. He does not spray though.  He weighs about 4 1/2 lbs.

Not being neutered can be contributing to the smell of the poos. Buns that are not neutered can be muskier smelling then neutered buns. I would suggest to not put vinegar in the water. Mainly because you do not want your bun to stop drinking water or dehydrate.
