The anticipation for waiting till you can get your new bun is killer.  I only had to wait a day, I can't imagine what two weeks is doing to you!

Try waiting 8 months and then NOT getting one. No, I'm not bitter...

@ FF LOL ya she only got a little anxious once when some kids were screaming that it, most of the time she cuddled up against me and was chattering her teeth as I pet her. She is such a sweetie and loves attention.

 It is already November. That means Chacha will be turning 3 on 11/24. I can't believe how fate has bought us together. She was born near the time I was making one of the hardest decisions of my life - to put my mom into Hospice Care. Chacha has helped me through so much! She gets presents and extra food on her birthday every year! Plus, you'll see a birthday photo

Yes, that really happened.  The recliner incident happened months ago (she climbed up INSIDE of the recliner while my boyfriend was supposed to be keeping an eye on her but was playing Call of Duty - enough said. Boys and their games...) and the wires to the speaker system was yesterday.  She sneakily covered herself with her blanket so she could discreetly chew through the plastic tubing we had covering the wires.  I have no idea A) how she chewed through it and B) how it went unnoticed.  The good news is after 4 hours of (questionable) electrical work by the boyfriend we now have a working recliner and speaker system.  Just fingers-crossed that the 'questionable' electrical work does not cause a fire....  SMH.  Guess it could always be worse...she could be a carpet digger!

Earlier today - spying on him from bed. I know the place is messy, but we had a late night the night before and didn't feel like tidying up before bed

This is taken a few days ago:

He is currently wearing a home made elizabethan collar (and he absolutely HATES is). He got his drops in his neck to kill off the rest of the possible paracites. He hasn't been itching as much lately and his bald spot has started growing back, so that is good. In two weeks we will be getting the results from the lab. Crossing our fingers that its nothing serious. 

Bosse has been acting a bit strange lately though. He is very easily startled and sometimes acts as if he's scared of me. But I think he might be smelling the guinea pigs on me or something. I've also had guests over quite a few times the last few days, and he's not so used to having company over. I felt terrible today though. I had to pick him up to give him the drops, and then later to put on the collar. He was NOT willing to be pet or picked up today.. He is usually very good with being picked up. So I had to follow him around for about an hour(!!) both times, and by the end he was not happy with me. It even ended up with me crying the second time because I felt so cruel. If I were Bosse, I'd never trust me again, lol. 

Buuuuuuut, all in all things are good Having my exams next week and frankly I'm just looking forward for this term to end 

I'm going to steal Cinnabun.

Chacha, I'm sorry to break it to you, but I am already putting my plans into use to bun-nap Cinnabun. Cinnabun and Apollo are going to make a cracking pair of lops! go find another bun to bun-nap, this ones mine *evil laugh.* and ill get your ChaCha when you least expect it...

*runs away carrying Cinnabun yelling NOOOOOOOOOO*

Oh but it's too late my friend, your freakin adorable bun is already in my grasps. And I'm going to dress Cinnabun up as a burrito, so I can sneak her away un-noticed. She'll be in good hands

As you can see it's a pretty tough life for these girls, it's now a week since they came home and they're starting to settle in. I'll be adding more carpet squares over the next few days to cover the mesh.
