I agree the penis doesn't look too different from what I've seen and it's really good your bunny is still eating and drinking. I hope you find out what is wrong and your bunny feels better soon! Please keep us updated on what you find out, and how your bunny is feeling!

He seems to sleep much than normal. Does antibiotic injection make him sleep much? He still drink, eat, poo and pee. I am afraid that because I am so worried so I dont realize he is better.

I think that strong antibiotics can cause drowsiness. It also could just be that the little guy is fighting an infection, so he is more tired than usual.

Yea I think it does. After Thumper got fixed (I know thats pain medicine not antibiotic) He slept like a rock for three days and refused to let me near the cage. He was just scared because he was groggy.
