  I was wondering if anyone had advice on getting bunny pee stains off of painted walls. We plan to repaint the room in the future but I wondered if anyone had a less time consuming solution. Thanks!

  My last buns somehow managed to get some on the wall and I just used the solution I use to clean most everything in the house– the yellow Lysol 4-in-1 spray. It was mostly on the baseboard though. It may depend on if you have “flat” or “semi-gloss” paint. Things stick to flat paint more.

  I agree with longhairmike. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser comes in a few different strengths, and will virtually get anything off a wall. I have used it on urine stains of my bunnies, and came out with a clean wall.

  I just used plain water on a paper towel and it came right off. We painted our house two years ago with a good paint that lets you wipe down the walls with water and stuff come off. I’d recommend getting a paint that is a stain resister-water wash off type. Dutchess doesn’t try to pee on the walls, but there has been backsplash from time to time.

  Jack used to spray the walls, and I used natures miracle, vinegar mix and nothing completely got it off, except bleach. (I only use that as a very last resort, and the bunnies were not in the room). HOWEVER, I have never tried Mr. Clean Magic Eraser! I will need to check that out.
  
  Be sure that whenever you use any harsh chemicals, that your bunnies are out of the room and you rinse off with water, and let dry and the air to be clear, before allowing the bunnies back into the room.

  I third the mr. clean magic eraser!
  
  I’ve used it for rabbit pee on painted walls at home and we use it at the clinic all the time for pee and anal gland stains!

  I have to agree – MR CLEAN ERASER… Clorox wipes have always worked for me also. Not sure just how stained it is but if it’s bad then I would definitely say the Mr. Clean Eraser. Works wonders.
