I know I have seen some pictures of several cages with wood bases and shelves but I can’t seem to find them. Could you please post pictures of your cages if you have the wood bases and shelves. I am eventually going to build a NIC cage and wanted some ideas for a cage with wood bases and shelves also what type of wood did you use?

I used MDF board. It’s plywood with a white plastic coating. The nic cubes are attatched with eyelet screwes inside the mdf perimeter so he can’t chew it while we’re not watching and he never chews it but it wouldn’t be safe for a bun to chew so it might not work for your bun.

I would post pictures but I’m on my laptop and don’t have pictures on it.
