I just got 2 male rabbits yesterday and they are both litter trained. This morning i let them run around in my room and i made sure i put their 2 litter-boxes out for them but they wouldn’t use them, they would poop everywhere other than the litter-boxes and they weren’t to happy when i put them back in their pen because they started pooping everywhere again for a while but now they are ok. Should i have more litter boxes spread out when i take them out or should i just give them some time

Sounds like they are just “marking” their new surroundings to me… All bunnies will “mark” new surroundings to claim their territory. I would leave their litter boxes in their pen if they’re already trained to use them in there… Taking the boxes out of their pen will probably just confuse them –
