my bunny has floor time literally all day and she exercises a lot. Sometimes when i leave her out for more than 4 hours at one time , she gets kinda bored. i give her fresh hay in a bowl for foraging and just to munch on, i also give her some apple wood to nibble, ( she doesn't really like the apple wood! . i try to make those homemade toys that consist of toilet paper rolls, newspaper and hay , but after a couple of times playing with them, she got tired and i'm afraid she will eat too much of the newspaper print and cardboard. i also give her some plastic hangers to chew on and to throw around, which she really loves! Sometimes i give her treats such as baby carrots and celery stalk ( peeled) but she wasn't getting as excited as she used to. i go to the pet shop for toys and treats but usually they're quite unhealthy and i don't feel happy giving them to her ! I NEED TOYS AND TREATS ! do any of you have recipes for rabbit biscuits or D.I.Y's for easy-making homemade toys? i would love to read about them and make something! also, i would love to read about things to do with my bunny when she's having floor time and i would love to read about you bunny's favorite things to play around with ! - thanks
great idea! I'll try to buy one of those when i can. - thanks!
