I'm not new, but wanted to introduce our three new additions! We lost our dear Cocoa earlier this month. We had her for 7 years and felt the bunny-emptiness pretty quickly... I looked around on Petfinder and found a rescue that had a bonded trio. We decided that we wanted either a pair or a trio. I contacted her and there were 3 other people ahead of us, none of whom wanted all three. It worked out that it fell through with all the others and we brought them home last night!

The males are fixed, they aren't sure about Carney.

They are all very sweet and are settling in nicely. Right now they are in a 4x4 x-pen, but we plan on purchasing an additional pen this weekend to expand the cage. They were kept in a standard rabbit hutch, and then a smaller x-pen at the rescue. I'm sure they will appreciate a chance to stretch out

Remodeling has already begun on the box. I never would have thought that two large bunnies could have fit in there... Niko tried squeezing in to, but was denied

Aww, they are all so cute.  Sounds like they have an awesome new home.  I can't believe that carnivals would give out bunnies as prizes, that's crazy! I even have issues with the goldfish in a bag, but I've luckily never seen any of them giving out bunnies as prizes.  Then again, I don't really go to many carnivals, but still.

They give out bunnies as prizes at carnivals!?? What on earth good thing Carney fell into your hands! And Niko is so cute, I love lionheads I still remember the first time I ever saw one, I thought it was such a beautiful bun!

 Congrats on these 3 cuties! I love how they both tried to fit in the box, hehe. They're going to be some spoiled little bunnies!

We kept Carney's name because of the story. I don't get it either... what a horrible prize (for the bunnies)... Goldfish are bad enough... They are settling in well and are so sweet.
