Ozzy is a lionhead bunny and I have seen numerous pictures of them online and most you can see their eyes. But not our Ozzy. His “lion mane” is huge and it covers his eyes. I know he can see, but I’m not sure just how much? I keep thinking he is like a sheepdog and the hair over his eyes doesn’t bug him but then I waver and think maybe he needs a little trim?

I have never owned a bun like this before. They were always short haired. This is our first long haired guy and I want to do what’s right. I added a pic so you can see… Anyone have any input? TIA

If you can safely cut the fur away from his eyes, I don’t see any reason not to.

I’ve heard of people trimming their long haired bunnies fur back a little just not too much
