I just noticed today when I was doing my monthly nail clipping and inspection that Mr. Hopper’s front lower left tooth has some decay or rough apearance. he hasnt changed his diet at all or anything else. is this something I should just keep an eye on or go to the vet right away.

Sometimes as rabbits age their teeth get more rigid. It wouldn’t hurt though at his age to have the vet do a thorough dental check up. Older rabbits seem very prone to dental problems in my experience.

Thank you, It doesnt have any sing of discoloration it just doesnt have a smoothe surface like the other ones. I am always looking at them cause if something does pop up I want to try to catch things early as possible. I will have to make an appointment but it prob wont be able to get in until the first. he doesnt seem to be in any pain at all, and I watch what they eat.
