I am going on vacation tomorrow for 2 weeks and Scribbles is staying at my moms co-workers house. He’s going to be staying in an xpen, and i don’t think he’s going to get out of it much. Is there anything i forgot to put in or need to fix? Any tips on boarding a bunny at someone’s house for 2 weeks?

Litte box, hay rack, water bottle, pellets, toys

NIC playhouse, ceramic tile, grass mat

I’d just try to make sure it will be easy to keep clean + make sure they have numbers for a vet just in case.

          The pen looks good though

Looks like he has lots of space in there, so that’s good. The only thing I would add is a bowl of water, just as a back up in case the bottle malfunctions.

Make sure to leave instructions to keep his area cool. Not sure how hot it is in Alaska but if it’s anything like here, you’ll want to keep your bun from overheating.

That all looks good! And it’s okay if he doesn’t get out like he normally would. Chances are, the space isn’t bunny-proofed in the way your own house is, so it’s better that he be confined short-term and kept safe from wires and stuff (and your bunny-sitter’s possessions are kept safe from him).

Looks really nice! And Scribbles looks all happy on top of his cube!

That looks fantastic, love the bright and colorful fabric you’ve got everywhere! I can’t imagine Scribbles would have anything but a blast in that fun temporary home. Btw, I love that hay rack you’ve got–where did you get it? I’ve been looking for one like it for ages!

One question. Can Sribbles jump out of the pen from the top of the cubes ?
                    Otherwise, LOOKS GOOD!

Awww – he looks like he’s going to be such a happy bun while you’re away! We just left our buns with a bunny-sitter while we’re away on vacation for a week and I’ve been scared out of my mind about it but all of her updates have been great so I’m starting to finally relax and enjoy my time!
